Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

• Canada: 5–12 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Aviro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
